Individual Therapy

Green Leaf Illustration

I approach work with teenagers and young adults with a curiosity and respect for who you are.

Using a relational and narrative approach, I will support you in making sense of your thoughts and emotions, particularly when you are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of oneself. I work with teens and young adults who may be struggling with stress, anxiety. life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, or feeling disconnected from themselves and the life they want. This may include adjusting to college life, transitioning from college into adulthood, managing work stress, navigating family dynamics, or figuring out what direction feels meaningful and fulfilling.

One of the best guides to how to be self-loving is to give ourselves the love we are often dreaming about receiving from others.
