My work with Parents

I believe that a strong parent-child relationship is at the heart of a child’s emotional well-being. My work with parents is rooted in building a supportive, collaborative relationship where you feel heard, understood, and respected.

Together, we focus on deepening your understanding of your child—what may be underneath their behaviors, how they experience the world, and what they need most from you. As that understanding grows, so does your confidence in responding to big emotions and challenging moments.

Many parents come in feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or disconnected—from their child, and sometimes even from themselves as a parent. You are not alone in that. My role is to help you make sense of those experiences, feel more grounded in your approach, and strengthen the connection within your family.

The goal is not perfection, but a relationship that feels more connected, more fluid, and more secure—for both you and your child.

Parents I often see:

  • navigating life transitions

  • managing the demands of a busy or stressful life

  • overwhelming family system

  • Isolated in their parenting experience

  • Discouraged by the disconnect with their child or teen
