Services
Play Therapy
Play therapy is age appropriate, emotionally regulating, and healing to children between the ages 3-10 years old. It provides a supportive space for children’s emotions and behaviors. Play therapy allows children to share their worries and understand their big feelings and behaviors in a therapeutically safe environment.
The toys in the play therapy room are seen as symbolic expressions of a child’s inner emotional world. Through a strong therapeutic relationship, your child is supported in building inner resources to work through challenges, express themselves, and build self-trust. I am committed to building a relationship with your child and family that is encouraging, warm, and trusting.

Individual Therapy
You may feel different than others, too sensitive, disconnected, and/or fearful in your life. These feelings are overwhelming and has widened the space between who you are and who you imagine yourself being.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that every person carries a unique and vital soul story waiting to be understood. I aim to create a space where you can explore your inner emotional landscape and begin to see yourself through a new, more compassionate lens. Together, we work to untangle the past narratives that no longer serve you, nurture self-compassion, and rebuild trust in your own voice—so you can re-author who you are and how you move through the world.
With warmth and curiosity, I support each person in creating a new story of who they are becoming.
Nature Therapy
With living in a technology-centered society, we are often disconnected from the natural world around us. In Nature therapy, there are opportunities to deepen the relationship with yourself through an active change agent, nature.
Nature supports you in reducing anxiety, recovering from burn-out, building resiliency, and fostering self-compassion.
Nature therapy can be individualized to the comfort of the client. Nature therapeutic practices can look like: walk and talk sessions, mindfullness based techniques, and/or nature based art.
